STAR Chemical Development LLC in Houston, Texas is the developer of the GreenStar Polyolefins Project to be built on our plant site located on the Texas Coastal Plains.

GreenStar Polyolefins will manufacture structural plastics for these global industries with no near substitutes: Medical Devices, Food Security Hard Packaging, Housing Construction, Consumer Products, Automotive, and Electronics.

The GreenStar Polyolefins Project will be powered by 100% Green electricity. The Carbon Dioxide generated by plant process operations will be captured and permanently sequestered as liquid CO2 in Class VI deep wells.

S & B Engineers and Constructors Ltd. headquartered in Houston, Texas is the Project and Program Manager for STAR’s GreenStar Polyolefins Project.
